Great Cherry Robusta stands for the aspiration to bring the amazing Vietnamese robusta to professional roasters in Vietnam and around the world.
We are both wet mill and dry mill. We buy coffee cherries from farmers and co-operatives in our region and turn them into green coffee beans for higher-end coffees like the Honey 97 or the Anaerobic Natural.
For more commercial coffees, we buy green coffee beans from farmers and smaller merchants, and we sort them out at our dry mill.
